To safeguard the integrity of the Awards, strict conflict of interest and adjudication protocols apply:

– Judges are required to act independently and free from external influence.
– All decisions are based solely on submitted evidence and predefined evaluation criteria.
– Mandatory disclosure of any actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest is required. 
– Immediate recusal is enforced where a conflict exists.
– The adjudication process is conducted in a fair, transparent and consistently applied manner under the oversight of the Railway Safety Regulator.
